Why Ireland brands manufacture with Eco Vira
Eco Vira runs pattern making, fabric sourcing, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, inspection and packing under one roof in Lahore. One supplier stays accountable for the whole chain, so the garment that ships is the garment that was approved.
- Sustainable fabric options aligned with Irish sustainability values.
- Cost advantages versus European manufacturing.
- English as the business language.
- Reliable shipping routes to Dublin.
MOQ
Minimum order quantity
30 pieces per style per colour. Irish brands are a small market, so the 30-piece minimum is what makes testing a range here practical at all. Payment is a deposit against the bulk run, balance against shipping documents.
Payment
How payment works
Orders run on a deposit against the bulk run, with the balance settled against original shipping documents. We will not change bank details by email alone — any change is confirmed by phone before you act on it, because that is the standard invoice-fraud pattern and a two-minute check prevents it.
Sampling
How sampling runs before you commit
- 01Tech pack or reference garment to begin.
- 02Pre-production sample produced in your fabric.
- 03Fit and labelling approved before cutting.
- 04Sample retained as your reference for repeat runs.
Quality control
How quality is checked
- In-line inspection at cutting, sewing and finishing.
- An AQL sampling check before packing.
- Measurement check against the approved sample and size set.
- Final inspection on packed units with photo record.
- Fabric testing where your specification requires it.
Inspection points, AQL levels and what we document are agreed in your order rather than assumed. See our quality process.
Production process
From approved sample to carton
The same sequence on every order. What changes is the specification, and the timeline is quoted per style.
- 01Tech pack and fabric direction received; feasibility and costing reviewed.
- 02Pattern graded to your Irish/EU size set; pre-production sample made.
- 03Sample approved; fit and trims locked.
- 04Fabric sourced, or supplied cloth verified against the approved swatch.
- 05Cutting, sewing, decoration and in-line inspection.
- 06Final inspection, folding and packing to EU labelling requirements.
- 07Documentation issued for EU entry; goods dispatched.

Questions Ireland buyers ask us most
Answered directly. Where the answer is that something sits with you rather than with us, we say so.
Does the EU Responsible Person rule apply in Ireland?
Ireland is an EU member state, so the General Product Safety Regulation applies in full and an EU-established economic operator is required for non-EU goods. That appointment sits with the importer. We supply the technical documentation the responsible person needs to complete the file.
Is English-language labelling sufficient?
For Ireland, English is the required language, so labels in English meet the textile labelling requirement. We apply your wording exactly as supplied.
Is the market too small to justify a supplier?
It depends on whether you sell into Ireland alone or distribute across the EU and UK from an Irish base. Most Irish brands we work with ship onward within the EU, in which case the supply decision is EU-wide rather than Ireland-specific.
What are the shipping options?
Sea freight to European ports is the economic route for volume; air freight and courier suit replenishment and small runs. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents your forwarder needs.
