Minimum order quantity
Entry minimum is 30 pieces per style and colour. A six-colour range at that minimum is 180 pieces, which is enough to test fit and print placement before committing to a full season.

How a sample is produced

- Print struck off on production fabric and approved in writing before bulk
- One sealed pre-production sample archived under your style code for re-orders
Quality control
How quality is controlled
- Fabric checked on the four-point system at intake for shade, weight, width and shrinkage
- In-line checkpoints during sewing, before the lot closes
- Final inspection to AQL 2.5 by default, to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4
- Bundle tickets trace a finished garment back to operator, machine and fabric roll
