Embellishment & Printing
In-house screen, digital and sublimation printing plus multi-head embroidery and bonded trims — one supplier accountable for both the garment and the decoration on it.
All decoration runs inside our own factory: manual and automatic screen printing, direct-to-garment digital, sublimation for polyester sportswear, multi-head embroidery, appliqué and bonded or welded trims. Keeping printing and embroidery in-house matters commercially, not just logistically — when the print house and the clothing manufacturer are the same company, there is no dispute over whether a cracked print was the ink, the cure or the fabric, and registration, hand-feel and wash-fastness are controlled end to end. Every artwork goes through a strike-off and approval loop before bulk decoration begins, inks and adhesives meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and wash-test reports are available on request so you can validate durability against your labelled care instructions.

Do you print and embroider in-house?+
Yes. Screen printing, DTG, DTF, sublimation, puff, silicone, high-density and reflective prints run alongside flat, 3D puff, chenille and appliqué embroidery on our own floor.
What is the minimum order for decorated garments?+
Entry minimum is 30 pieces per style and colour across the range.
Can I approve the print before bulk?+
Yes. Artwork is struck off on production fabric and approved in writing before any bulk decoration begins.
Who controls registration and cure?+
The print house and the garment factory are the same building, so registration, placement, cure temperature and hand-feel are controlled by one accountable team.
